1. About GetMeADentist
GetMeADentist (“we”, “us”, “the platform”) is a dental appointment and referral facilitation service operated by David Wares. We help people find and connect with dental practices. We are not a dental practice and do not directly provide dental treatment or clinical services.

2. How the Service Works
When you submit an enquiry through our website:
• We forward your details to dental practices in our network that may be able to assist you
• Practices respond with availability and relevant information, typically within one working day
• We present responses to you so you can choose how to proceed
• When you select a practice, we share your contact details with them to arrange your appointment
• The dental practice becomes your point of contact for all clinical matters from that point
3. No Obligation
Submitting an enquiry does not oblige you to book an appointment with any practice. The service is free to use. You may decline all responses without charge.
4. Practice Standards
All dental practices we work with are expected to be registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) in England, or the relevant regulatory body in their nation, and to hold appropriate professional indemnity insurance. However, GetMeADentist does not independently verify registration on an ongoing basis and cannot guarantee practice availability, conduct, or clinical outcomes. Patients should satisfy themselves as to the credentials and suitability of their chosen practice.
5. Appointment Confirmation
An appointment is confirmed when you choose a practice and that practice confirms your booking directly with you. At this point, you enter into a direct relationship with the dental practice for the provision of dental services. GetMeADentist is not a party to that arrangement.
6. Cancellations and Appointments
Cancellation and rescheduling terms are agreed directly between you and the dental practice. GetMeADentist does not have a standard cancellation policy. We recommend confirming the practice’s cancellation terms before finalising your appointment.
7. Fees
Use of GetMeADentist is free for patients. Any fees for dental treatment are agreed directly between you and the dental practice and are entirely separate from this service. GetMeADentist is not responsible for any treatment fees, payment disputes, or refunds.
8. Not Clinical Advice
Nothing on this website or provided through this service constitutes clinical or dental advice. If you are experiencing a dental emergency, please contact a dental practice directly or call NHS 111. GetMeADentist is an introduction service only and is not a substitute for professional dental care.
9. Limitation of Liability
GetMeADentist acts as an introduction and referral facilitation service only. We are not liable for:
• The conduct, performance, or clinical outcomes of any dental practice
• Appointment delays, cancellations, or failures by practices
• Any clinical advice or treatment provided by a practice
• Any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform
10. Accuracy of Information
We aim to keep information on our website accurate and up to date, but we make no warranties about its completeness or accuracy. Practice availability and services are subject to change.
11. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the platform to submit false or fraudulent enquiries, to harvest practice contact details, or for any purpose other than obtaining genuine dental appointment assistance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The current version will be published on our website. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
